AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY TO INCREASE AND EXPAND THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT MISSION OF THE ARROWHEAD CENTER FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred forty-five thousand six hundred dollars ($145,600) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 to increase and expand the economic development mission of the arrowhead center for business development. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2015 shall revert to the general fund.
