AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO IMPLEMENT THE RECOMMENDATIONS FROM THE 2003 FAMILY, INFANT, TODDLER PROGRAM SERVICE PROVIDER REIMBURSEMENT RATE STUDY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Four million dollars ($4,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 to implement the recommendations of the department of health's 2003 study of reimbursement rates for service providers providing services to the family, infant, toddler program that the department of health operates pursuant to Section 28-18-1 NMSA 1978. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2015 shall revert to the general fund.
