AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE OFFICE OF THE STATE ENGINEER FOR THE WATER RESOURCES ALLOCATION PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Six hundred fifty thousand dollars ($650,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office of the state engineer for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 to fund six full-time-equivalent positions in the water resources allocation program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2015 shall revert to the general fund.
