    1. On page 11, line 12, strike the closing quotation mark.

    2. On page 11, between lines 12 and 13, insert the following new subsection:

         "N. Up to fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000) of the fund may be allocated annually by the council for expenditure in fiscal years 2015 through 2019 for building systems repair, renovation or replacement with projects to be identified by the council; provided that money allocated pursuant to this subsection shall be expended within three years of the allocation."".
