SENATE CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 140
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 2, line 11, after the second occurrence of "district", insert "with copies sent to the state board of finance".
2. On page 2, line 20, after "finance", insert "and send copies to the developer and any local government that has dedicated a tax increment to the district".
3. On page 3, line 6, after "district", insert "or the owner's or developer's successors or assigns".
4. On page 4, line 7, after "district", insert "or the owner's or developer's successors or assigns".
5. On page 4, lines 15 and 16, strike "distributed to the district and" and on line 17, after "year", insert "and distributed to the district".
