SENATE BILL 119

has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 4, after "Upon", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 5 up to the comma and insert in lieu thereof "a determination by the board that an application is complete".

    2. On page 3, line 5, after "Upon", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 6 up to the comma and insert in lieu thereof "a determination by the board that an application is complete".

    3. On page 5, line 16, after "Upon", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 17 up to the comma and insert in lieu thereof "a determination by the board that an application is complete".

    4. On page 8, line 10, after "Upon", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 11 up to the comma and insert in lieu thereof "a determination by the board that an application is complete".

    5. On page 10, line 20, after "Upon", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 21 up to the comma and insert in lieu thereof "a determination by the board that an application is complete".,
