    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

 SENATE CONSERVATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE

 FOR SENATE BILL 112, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 8, line 2, strike the second occurrence of "and".

     2. On page 8, line 4, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof a semicolon.

     3. On page 8, between lines 4 and 5, insert the following:

          "63. to the city of Gallup in McKinley county for a water storage, conveyance and delivery project; and

          64. to the eastern New Mexico water utility authority in Curry, Quay and Roosevelt counties for a water storage, conveyance and delivery project.".
