has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 16 and 17, strike "PROVIDING FOR AUTOMATED VALUATION MODELS; PROVIDING FOR BROKER PRICE OPINIONS;".

    2. On page 3, line 7, after the semicolon, insert "or".

    3. On page 3, line 9, strike "or" and strike lines 10 through 12 in their entirety.

    4. On pages 3 and 4, strike Subsection H in its entirety.

    5. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    6. On page 4, strike lines 5 through 15 in their entirety.

    7. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    8. On page 36, line 2, after "($200)", insert ", and an additional extension fee may be applied".

    9. On page 41, line 15, after "months", insert ", with no more than one extension allowed".

    10. On pages 43 and 44, strike Section 20 in its entirety.

    11. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
