AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO FOR A CIVIC LEADERSHIP AND LEGISLATIVE PROCESSES TRAINING PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 to support a civic leadership and legislative processes training program for Hispanic high school students through the division of student services. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2015 shall revert to the general fund.
