    1. On page 1, line 12, strike the semicolon and insert in lieu

thereof a period.

    2. On page 1, strike lines 13 and 14 in their entirety.

    3. On page 2, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

    4. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
