SENATE BILL 21

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 6, after "first", insert "and second".

    2. On page 2, line 7, after the semicolon, insert "or".

    3. On page 2, line 8, strike "second" and insert in lieu thereof "third and subsequent".

    4. On page 2, line 9, after "1978", strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof a period.

    5. On page 2, strike lines 10 through 12 in their entirety.
