SENATE BILL 6

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 6, line 24, before the period, insert the following new language: "; and provided further that adequate revenue shall be allocated from the proceeds of the sale of education technology notes to meet principal and interest obligations associated with the debt distributed to the charter school".
