AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO PROVIDE FOR COST-OF-LIVING INCREASES FOR PROVIDERS OF CORE SUPPORT, DIRECT-CARE SERVICES TO RECIPIENTS OF MEDICAID DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES SERVICES AND SUPPORTS WAIVER SERVICES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Five million two hundred thousand dollars ($5,200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 to fund cost-of-living increases for providers of core support, direct-care services to recipients of medicaid developmental disabilities services and supports waiver services. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2015 shall revert to the general fund.
