HOUSE APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE

                  FOR HOUSE BILL 348

DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 16, strike “MAKING AN APPROPRIATION;”

    2. On pages 13 and 14, strike Section 12 in its entirety.

    3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
