AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A VETERANS CENTER AT NORTHERN NEW MEXICO STATE SCHOOL.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred five thousand dollars ($105,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of northern New Mexico state school for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 to create a veterans center on the Espanola campus to assist in the transition from military to civilian and student life. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2015 shall revert to the general fund.
