    Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 255

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 5, line 20, strike "The" and insert in lieu thereof "In addition to complying with the provisions of the Procurement Code, the".

     2. On page 5, line 22, after "manager", insert ", in the event that the secretary appoints a program manager who is not a department employee".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
