AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO FOR THE AFRICAN AMERICAN STUDENT SERVICES SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING AND MATHEMATICS SUMMER BRIDGE PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 to support the African American student services science, technology, engineering and mathematics summer bridge program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2015 shall revert to the general fund.
