    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE

 FOR HOUSE BILL 239

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, between lines 12 and 13, insert the following new subsection to read:

          "B. Prosecution pursuant to this section shall not prevent prosecution pursuant to any other provision of law when the conduct also constitutes a violation of that other provision.".

     2. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.
