    Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 238

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 7, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof "or".

     2. On page 2, lines 17 and 18, strike "an unclothed or partially clothed person that" and insert in lieu thereof "any portion of a person's genitals, or of a woman's breast below the top of the areola, that is either uncovered or visible through less-than-fully opaque clothing, which images".

     3. On page 2, line 19, after "intimate", strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof "and".,  

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
