AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO FOR THE MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred ninety-three thousand one hundred dollars ($193,100) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 to provide auxiliary faculty for and support the operations of a microsystems clean room of the manufacturing engineering program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2015 shall revert to the general fund.
