AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE NATIVE AMERICAN INTERGENERATIONAL

READING COMMUNITIES PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifteen thousand five hundred dollars ($115,500) is appropriated from the general fund to the Indian affairs department for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 to support the Native American intergenerational reading communities program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2015 shall revert to the general fund.
