    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 130

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1.  On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike “GENERAL

EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CERTIFICATES” and insert in lieu thereof “HIGH SCHOOL EQUIVALENCY CREDENTIALS”.,

    2.  On page 1, line 21, strike “general educational

development certificates” and insert in lieu thereof “high school equivalency credentials”.,

    3.  On page 1, line 25, strike “general educational

development certification” and insert in lieu thereof “high school equivalency credentials”.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
