AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A COMMUNITY BICYCLE RECYCLING PROGRAM FOR UNDERPRIVILEGED CHILDREN IN THE RANCHOS DE ATRISCO COMMUNITY OF BERNALILLO COUNTY AND THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT OF ALBUQUERQUE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twelve thousand dollars ($12,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 to allow the city of Albuquerque to contract with a community organization for a community bicycle recycling program for underprivileged children residing in the Ranchos de Atrisco community of Bernalillo county and the northwest quadrant of Albuquerque. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2015 shall revert to the general fund.
