AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY TO SUPPORT THE DONA ANA COMMUNITY COLLEGE DENTAL HYGIENE CLINIC.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 and subsequent fiscal years to support the Dona Ana community college dental hygiene clinic. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund.
