    Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 94

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 13, strike "ELIMINATING" and insert in lieu thereof "EXTENDING".

     2. On page 2, lines 17 through 19, remove the brackets and line-through, and on line 17, after "made", insert a semicolon.

     3. On page 2, line 19, strike "2016" and insert in lieu thereof "2024".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
