AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO TO DEVELOP A PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT MODEL FOR NEW MEXICO SCHOOLS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 to continue research and development by the college of education of a performance assessment model for public schools. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2015 shall revert to the general fund.
