AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO FUND A COST-OF-LIVING REIMBURSEMENT INCREASE FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY GENERAL FUND PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two million six hundred fifty thousand dollars ($2,650,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 to fund cost-of-living increases in reimbursements for department of health developmental disability general fund program service providers. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2015 shall revert to the general fund.
