    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 16

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 24, after “2016", insert “2017 and 2018".

    2. On page 2, strike all of lines 4 through 25, and on page 3, strike lines 1 through 4.

    3. Re-letter the succeeding subsection accordingly.
