has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 7, line 12, strike "$1,248,100" and insert in lieu thereof "$1,150,200".

     2. On page 7, line 15, strike "$1,368,900" and insert in lieu thereof "$1,271,000".
