has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, strike "BY" and insert in lieu thereof "FROM".

    2. On page 1, line 13, after "YEAR", insert "THROUGH THE 2030-2031 SCHOOL YEAR".

    3. On page 1, line 20, after "year", insert "and through the 2030-2031 school year".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
