HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 13

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 3, strike “eight billion dollars

($8,000,000,000)”, and insert in lieu thereof “ten billion dollars ($10,000,000,000)”.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
