On page 4, line 3, before the colon, insert "adjusted on July 1, 2016 and each July 1 thereafter for the percentage change in the consumer price index for all urban consumers between the two calendar years immediately preceding the adjustment date, as calculated by the state investment officer and approved by the state investment council".
