has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 14, strike “EIGHT” and insert in lieu thereof “FIVE”.

    2. On page 1, line 17, strike ”MAINTAIN EDUCATION REFORMS” and insert in lieu thereof “INCREASE EDUCATIONAL PERFORMANCE”.

    3. On page 3, line 19, strike “eight” and insert in lieu

thereof “five”, and strike “maintain” and insert in lieu thereof “increase”.

    4. On page 3, line 20, strike ”reforms” and insert in lieu thereof “performance”.

5. On page 4, line 15, strike “eight” and insert in lieu

 thereof “ten” and strike “($8,000,000,000)” and insert in lieu thereof “($10,000,000,000)”.

6. On page 4, line 18, strike “eight” and insert in lieu

 thereof “five”.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
