HOUSE JOINT MEMORIAL 25

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 11, strike "ADOPT" and insert in lieu thereof "EVALUATE THE NEED FOR".

     2. On page 5, line 18, after "to", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 19 through 22 in their entirety and strike line 23 up to the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof:

"separately evaluate the need for continuing education among their respective licensees with respect to safe injection practices and, where appropriate, adopt further requirements".

     3. On page 5, strike line 24 through page 6, line 3.
