has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 18, after "COLORADO", strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 19 and 20 up to the period.

     2. On page 4, line 2, after the semicolon, insert "and".

     3. On page 4, lines 3 through 6, strike Subsection B in its entirety and reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.
