SENATE INDIAN AND CULTURAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 600

is reported WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, and further recommends that it now be referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, thence to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
