    1. On page 2, line 10, after "discrimination", insert ", including, but not limited to, those who have experienced discrimination on the basis of their race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation or perceived gender identity".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
