has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 20, strike "The" and insert in lieu thereof "In addition to other methods of disposal authorized by law, the".

    2. On page 1, line 22, before "pursuant", insert "by the department of transportation or a local public body that manages the railroad, if authorized by the department of transportation".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
