FOR SENATE BILL 497

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 10, line 1, after "board", insert "or the lot owners, as provided for in the community documents,".

     2. On page 10, line 4, after the first instance of "owners", insert a period, strike the remainder of the line and strike line 5 in its entirety.
