    1. On page 2, line 13, strike "The director shall keep confidential" and insert in lieu thereof "Without the prior consent of the employee, the director shall not disclose".

    2. On page 2, line 14, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof "or".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
