AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO FUND RESTORATION OF PRE-2011 REIMBURSEMENT RATES FOR DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES WAIVER SERVICES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Four million eight hundred thousand dollars ($4,800,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2014 to fund a restoration of reimbursement for services provided pursuant to the developmental disabilities home and community-based waiver program to rates that existed prior to the 2011 reduction in provider rates. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2014 shall revert to the general fund.
