AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO FUND REIMBURSEMENT FOR SERVICES FOR THE DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES HOME AND COMMUNITY-BASED WAIVER PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Five million seven hundred thousand dollars ($5,700,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2014 to fund sustainable reimbursement for services provided pursuant to the developmental disabilities home and community-based waiver program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2014 shall revert to the general fund.
