AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PAY FOR TRANSPORTATION OF VETERANS IN SAN MIGUEL, MORA AND GUADALUPE COUNTIES TO THE VETERANS AFFAIRS MEDICAL CENTER.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2014 to contract for the transportation of veterans from a central location in Las Vegas to the veterans affairs medical center in Albuquerque. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2014 shall revert to the general fund.
