AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO SUPPORT A HEPATITIS C PROGRAM THROUGH PROJECT EXTENSION FOR COMMUNITY HEALTHCARE OUTCOMES AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO HEALTH SCIENCES CENTER.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One million dollars ($1,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2014 to support a hepatitis C program through project extension for community healthcare outcomes at the university of New Mexico health sciences center. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2014 shall revert to the general fund.
