has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 14, strike "Judges" and insert in lieu thereof "Active or retired judges".

    2. On page 3, line 24, after "Indian", insert "nation," and after "tribe", insert "or pueblo".

    3. On page 5, line 18, strike "--ANNULMENT".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
