AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY FOR THE MANUFACTURING SECTOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Eighty-eight thousand dollars ($88,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2014 to support the manufacturing sector development program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2014 shall revert to the general fund.
