has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 6, line 15, strike "or the public education department".

    2. On page 6, line 16, before "services", insert "pre-kindergarten".

    3. On page 6, line 16, strike "that", strike lines 17 through 22 and insert in lieu thereof a period and closing quotation mark.,

and thence referred to the EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
