SENATE BILL 229

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 24, after the comma, insert "and the person committing the crime knew or should have known that the person was sixty years of age or older,".

    2. On page 2, line 20, after the comma, insert "and the person committing the offense knew or should have known that the person was sixty years of age or older,".

    3. On page 2, line 24, after the comma, insert "and the person committing the offense knew or should have known that the person was sixty years of age or older,".
