AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY FOR OPERATIONAL SUPPORT OF THE INTERCOLLEGIATE WRESTLING PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board

of regents of New Mexico highlands university for expenditure in fiscal year 2014 to fund the operational support of the intercollegiate wrestling program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2014 shall revert to the general fund.
