has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "PUBLIC HEALTH" and insert in lieu thereof "EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES".

    2. On page 1, line 17, strike "Public Health" and insert in lieu thereof "Emergency Medical Services".

    3. On page 2, line 7, strike "for" and insert in lieu thereof "of".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
